Green Goddess Dressing


The Green Goddess is so delicious, it has notes of citrus and garlic which aren’t overpowering. The Greek yoghurt makes this a very light dressing and it matches well with Mediterranean dishes.



 

Shopping List

Serving size depends on if you drizzle or pour.


Parsley (fresh) - 1/4 Cup

Chives (fresh) - 1/4 Cup

Garlic Cloves - 2 large

Capers - 1 tsp

Dijon Mustard - 1 tsp

Rock Salt - 1 pinch

Lemon Juice - 1/2 small lemon

Greek Yoghurt - 80ml

 

Method

Total time: 10 minutes


Dressing

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender, I used my ninja smoothie attachment on max blend.


Serve

  • This dressing is delicious drizzled over chorizo, tomato based dishes, falafel, salad and much more. It lends itself to Mediterranean flavours.


 

Tips

  • Refrigerate for a maximum of a few days. The lemon will cause the yoghurt to curdle/separate

  • Double up on ingredients for a larger serving.
